Pecans have been part of our family traditions for generations. From pecan pies, fruit cakes, snacks, desserts, and just eating them plain with friends, pecans have always been a part of sharing memories and experiences with our loved ones.
This year’s pecans are very large, heavy (more nut), and highly favorable. Like a vintage wine, this year’s crop will be remembered as one of the best we have seen in about 20 years.
